Scope of Work

Group People Manager shall ensure the overall human resources management as well as recruitment to meet company expectations. A person shall supervise multiple hotel properties throughout Thailand and SEA, and drive the succession of developing human capital.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and selection services for multiple business units
Utilize recruitment platforms as well as social media
Execute recruitment strategies and plans to meet expectations
Promote job openings on all recruitment channels
Source qualified candidates for job openings
Assess candidates- qualifications and interview feedback to satisfy business needs
Accelerate numbers of candidate pools in the designated HRIS
Collaborate with recruitment agency when needed
Handle internal and external recruitment services
Communicate closely with a hiring lead of each job vacancies in order to succeed recruitment and employment
Provide candidates- reference check to accompany selection and employment
Connect to world class recruitment sites to advertise vacancies
Generate monthly and yearly recruitment report
Analyze recruitment analytic report and identify solutions to enhance plans
Handle HR administratives and correspondence to satisfy the Governmental compliance
Constantly survey marketing salary range and generate an analytic report to a superior
Support, promote, implement HR policy and procedure alignment with the Corporate HR direction, HR policy and HR initiatives i.e. performance management, new scheme of benefit & welfare, HR system etc.
Responsible for all recruitment and hiring processes (candidates searching, conduct first screening, arrange the second interview with HM/ functional leadership team, reference check for potential successful candidate before hiring confirmation, administer all processes before hiring i.e pre medical checkup , prepare employment agreement letter, and also complete all document relevant to employment agreement.
Monitor and execute employee probation period to ensure the Company has practiced to align with the Company policy & regulations and labor statutory.
Prepare and provide a confirmation letter after the probation period and give it to the employee.
Prepare and conduct a boarding program at the first of joining date.
Responsible for planning, supporting, organizing, training assessment and report of the functional skill training across hostels in line with hostel needs and employee needs.
Support and implement corporate training & development driven by Corporate HR.
Coordinate between external training institute and function head in Lub d hostel.
Responsible for payroll preparation by calculation of salary and overtime as well as keeping time attendance record to support salary calculation.
Handle exit processes for all staff up to supervisor level and equivalent, and carry out exit interview analysis reports.
Survey employee wage, benefit & welfare, wellness & health from hotel business and propose to corporate HR- s verification.
Monthly update and complete HR statistical, data analysis and report i.e employee database, recruitment status and next plan, training completion and next plan, exit interview analysis report, employee engagement activity. OT report, Time Attendance Report etc.
Facilitate employee engagement through employee activity
Regularly update and maintain the organization structure, job description of all positions
Ensure corporate policy and hostel- s procedure compliance with labor law statutory and the Company regulatory.
Providing consultancy advice to all functional leadership team and employee on labor law compliance, tax and workmen compensation law in alignment with company policy and regulations.
Be a focal point with the labor department, SSF department, government department relevant to employee issues, and also company lawyer.
Perform other related duties as required
