- To oversee the daily operation of assigned Bar and to ensure that assigned public areas are kept clean, neat and tidy at all times
- To greet Guests in a professional manner, to provide them with prompt, courteous and friendly Beverage service at assigned Bar counter and to provide prompt Beverage service to the service Staff.
- To have a comprehensive understanding of the Bar Manager's role and should be able to step in and take over the daily running of the department should the need arise.
