3.Good knowledge on beverage, decoration, fabric, and creativity
4.Strong in inter-personality, selling, leadership, and creative skill

Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1.Coordinates all events as delegated to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
2.Ensures that all department heads are informed of significant groups which will impact the hotel operations.
3.The ability to actively solicit and book all types of catering business from various sources of leads.
4.The ability to maintain an active trace/follow up system on all personal sales calls and telemarketing
5.Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel / departmental policies and procedures.
6.The ability to develop creative and attractive menu presentations for potential clients
7.Ensure SOPs and LSOPs are in place and adhered to.
8.Attend all training coursed as directed and conduct on going on the job training to new hires as required.
9.Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employees moral.
10.Organize and delegate traces for follow-up; be familiar of status of each.
11.Ensure that catering/event management office is kept organized and clean.
12.Place BEO reports with relevant and updated information for all customer conducts in Delphi system in activity reports.
13.Promptly respond to all enquiry, messages, ensuring that all messages are returned within 24 hours.
14.Use standardized form letters for use by all catering team as response to inquiries, prospect/tentative/definite bookings, thank you, cancellations and re-booking. Ensure appropriate letters are sent and filed.
15.After sending any proposal, each account manager must ensure to follow up within 24 hours.
