Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Sales Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years- of relevant working experience gained in any commercial area involving sales/contact with Travel Agents, customers or the general public can be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Self motivated and confident individual who possess excellent interpersonal skills, prospecting skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.

Purpose:
To develop new business opportunities & maximize sales performances from Travel Agents & Corporate group business
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible & in charge of Sales Performances & productivities from Travel Agents
2. Be co-responsible with Corporate Sales in achieving sales target both from Corporate & Travel Agents in term of group business
3. Be co-responsible with Marketing to conduct Sales & Marketing activities to support & increase level of business with the Travel Agents & business partners
Missions:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through aggressive sales to achieve profitability goals
- Required to develop & identify the potential Travel Agents for business partner.
- Form relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows and special projects.
2. Form relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
- Required to develop and deliver professional presentations to Travel Agents to describe and develop appeal for the product.
- Conduct corporate/travel agents familiarization trip to key Club Med resorts on a periodic basis.
- Conduct regular sales calls to potential Travel Agents & relevant partners and develop sales tools & awareness in order to secure sales leads.
- Prepare weekly sales visit plan and submit sales reports to superiors.
3. To support Corporate Sales Executive in achieving corporate sales target LBV & BV STS
- On occasions, required to accommodate the group to the resorts.
- Assist & support to manage the pitch process to corporate clients to maximise rate of closure.
- Master NA and Amadeus reservation systems.
- Required to handle room and flight reservation for prospect clients with potential.
- Follow up payments from clients/Travel Agents as stated in quotation and invoice.
4. Work closely with marketing department to develop marketing tools which serve sales needs, and to manage allocated marketing budget. Think-out-of-the-box is welcome.
- Required to propose and implement programs for effective communication of products.
- Co-ordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows and special projects.
