- At least 5 years related working Experience with in Management Level.

- Business acumen and analysis

- Draws up the Sales Plan annually together with Group General Manager.
- Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
- To update the plan if necessary (quarterly).
- Oversees the administration of team.
- To define job responsibilities for the sales and administrative staff.
- Assist his/her team and ensure effectiveness.
