AP Accounting Officer

1.Bachelor- s Degree in Accounting.
2.At least 1 year experience in Account Payable position.
3.Experience in SAP would be advantage, MS. Excel.
4.Proficiency in English.

1.Maintains the Accounts Payable and Paymaster function.

2.Ensures payments are made on timely basis as notified on purchase order or contracts etc.

3.Schedules payments, in order to facilitate cash flow.

4.Performs purchase balancing with Inventory prior to the closing month end inventory.

5.Records the bank transfers and any debit advises from Bank.

6.Assists in reconciling some of the balance sheet accounts.

7.Liaises with Accounts Receivable Section if any payment can be offset with account receivable outstanding or in case of refund to be made.
