Assistant Sales Manager - Wedding
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting and selling event spaces, packages, and services to corporate clients, event planners, and individuals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to identify opportunities for hosting events, meetings, conferences, weddings, and other gatherings within the hotel.
- Prepare and present customized event proposals, contracts, and pricing packages tailored to clients' specific requirements, ensuring alignment with the hotel's capabilities and offerings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's event facilities and services, expand the client base, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Work closely with other hotel departments, including catering, operations, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, meeting clients' expectations and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, market trends, competitor offerings, and areas for business growth in the events and hospitality sector.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting clients' needs and maintaining the hotel's standards and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry and proposal development to event execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, bookings, revenue forecasts, and other relevant metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
