Guest Service Agent - Night Shift

- Good English communication skills both in verbal & written.
- At least 1 years Front Office experience in 5 star hotel
- Willing to work on Night Shift
- Knowledge in Opera system is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power point)
- Positive team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with open for changes
- - CAN DO- attitude and goals orientated

The Guest Service Agent holds a key position by providing the first impression we give our guests. The position necessitates being an information giver, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, co-ordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
