1.A minimum of one years experience in five star property as a waiter/Waitress.
2.Full high school education and completion of chosen academics.
3.Full knowledge of the operations of bar and restaurant procedures, set up and service in addition to the resorts SPL- s policies regarding restaurant services. Any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service are also preferred and welcomed.
