For this position, you will need to have the below qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a Hotel Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Know how to use Microsoft Office, and Room Management System
- Have a service mind
- Able to manage a team of 5-6 staffs and their shifts
- Able to work long hours if required

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to help us serve our customers better.

You will report and work closely with the CEO of the hotel. This is an exciting role which requires a lot of initiatives and can present you with lots of learning opportunities. We don't need someone with good education background but someone who can take challenges and are hands on. We will need someone with fresh mind and an aptitude to learn and grow with the company. It'll be a rewarding career working with us.

Your job details are:
- Manage a team of 5-6 front desk staffs for checking guests in and out
- Manage Room Allotments on third party booking agent
- Manage communications between hotel and guests
- Welcome guests into the hotel
- Work with CEO to implement new initiatives within Front Desk department
- Maintain working order
