At least Bachelor degree in any field
Knowledge of Microsoft programs
Effective telephone communication skills
Proficiency in English communication
Typewriting both English and local language
Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
Secretary or administrative assistant experience

To manage the administrative work of the F&B management department, ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of communication to and from the department.
To ensure that all communications are effective in F&B department as well as other departments.
