รายละเอียดงาน
o Know the food menu/special promotions including preparation times, cooking methods, main ingredient and side dishes for the outlet(s) assigned.
o Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel- s general guidelines for service recovery.
o Prepares work schedules and ensures all staff is rostered in accordance with business levels and closely manage manning smartly when F&B members could take leave properly time by time.
o Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
o Conducts daily pre-service briefings.
o Checks daily mise-en-place, cleanliness and set-up before service.
o Administers requisitions: food store, beverage store etc.
o Handles all telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
o Maintains logbook.
o Conducts regularly Departmental Training for team.
o Participate and support in special required hotel activities.
o Other administrative and operational requirements as assigned by GM or MOP-A.
o Stock take of bar items/function amenities on a daily basis and purchase accordingly to operational requirements.
o Maintain storage and back-end office cleanliness and tidiness with a clean and orderly storage procedures.
