- Provide a meet and greet assistance to all arriving guests.
- Meet all arriving hotel guests by assisting them in facilitating transportation.
- Assist VIPs guests during their departure by handling airline ticket reservations and ticket reconfirmation.
- Assist guests by facilitating check-in at airline counters.
- Carry out all responsibilities leading to best comfort and satisfaction of guests.
