Security Manager

- Thai Nationality, age above 35 years old
- At least 3 years relevant work experiences in Physical Security management in the hotel.
- Ability to develop security process, initiatives designed to prevent unauthorized access to information and premises.
- Ability to monitors in hospitality for new security-related technologies and systems.
- Good command of English
- Handling criminal case report to the police
- Having experience in Loss Prevention, Security Investigation
- Strong in solving problem and investigation skills
- Having and knowing techniques and steps for investigation
- Experiencing in CCTV (Serviceability and Governance)

- Strategic planning for security, loss prevention and asset management.
- Risk analysis and management.
- Working closely with customers, ensure best communication to customers and represent hotel for all risk and security related issues.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and customers to reach hotel objectives.
- Leading investigation team for all security issues in accordance with regulations and legal practice.
- Plan and organize the security Department staff and activities, including the sub-contract security firm.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Thai Law and ACCOR standards.
- To provide annual security department budget and to monitor budget
- Make a significant and continuous effort to increase professional knowledge job skills and to achieve the goals in his/her career development plan
- Responsible for carrying out training related to health & safety, fire and emergency procedures to all team members.
- Fully conversant with all health, safety, fire and emergency procedures
