- At least Vocational diploma in any field
- At least 1 year experience in Front Office or Concierge area
- Good in inter-personality skill, outgoing, and friendly
- Good in English communication skill***
- Strong in problem solving skills and execution of work
- Be able to work any shift as required
- Be able to drive and own valid driving license

- Politely and enthusiastically greet the incoming guests with a warm welcome and a smiling face. Recognize especially VIP, repeat guests, calling names and thank departing guests, invite them to return, wish them a nice trip.
- Approach and assist all guests with luggage where necessary. Ensure safety and security of guest belongings.
- Assist all guests with taxis, verify places/destinations to the drivers, ensuring taxi card is always given to the guest for reference. Log the time and license plate.
- Equip yourself with expected arrival and departure guests with hotel limousine report, in order to recognize and call guest by right names.
- Coordinate valet parking service with concierge counter.
