management is desirable. A combination of practical
experience and education will be considered as an
alternative.
- Must have at least 4 years experience in the restaurant
or equivalent service industry.
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).

functions: team management and personnel
management, preparation, guest relations, planning

The Assistant Manager is responsible in assisting the
management of the daily operations of Above Eleven,
including the selection, development and performance
management of employees. In addition, they oversee the
inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits
and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining
experience. The Assistant Manager reports to the
Restaurant Manager.
