The job incumbent will plan, coordinate and execute approved Advertising & Promotion and Sales & Marketing related plans.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work along Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to be key brand custodian for Singapore properties, with strong initiative to ensure brand conformity and content accuracy through all channels (Collateral/Prints/Brand website/On-line portals & Digital channels)
- Review and update corporate and marketing communications guidelines and manuals regularly.
- Ensure timely execution of design and production of brand and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate advertising materials or related campaigns to meet deliverables.
- Work alongside DOSM to coordinate and manage digital campaigns and managed the outcomes.
- Planning, building of content and roll out of social media calendar.
- Hosting of media and social bloggers and familiarization group.
- Liaise and coordinate all activities with Barter and Sponsorship partners.
- Work with properties/Event Executive to consolidate and manage calendar of properties- events and promotions.
- Work with properties/Event Executive to coordinate and manage all photo and video shoots- activities.
- Maintain an organised visual assets filing system and updated photo library.
- Assist properties with marketing communications activities.
- Oversees the procurement of Corporate Gifts.
- Support Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts and publicity activities
- Carry out all necessary administrative function and perform other functions that may be required from time to time.
