Job Qualifications

- Bachelor- s degree in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality management or other related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Management as said in above, property development or related field, with 7 years in managerial position.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Male or Female Thai Nationality
- Bachelor- s degree or higher in any related field.
- General computer skills (especially MS Excel, Power point)
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure.

Job Purpose:
To serve the needs of the business for the Hotel, our guests and our colleagues by leading all Sales & Marketing both in Traditional and Digital activities for the Hotel, achieving revenue and profit targets by implementing strategies and plans to achieve the Hotel goals and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing implementation of the overall Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization- s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications.
- Working closely with the company- s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Responsible for sales revenues and occupancy rate of venues as well as revenue from new business and products.
- Oversee and follow up sales performance, market conditions, customer and competitor behaviors to enable strategic and tactical changes to be made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Help team in managing customer relations with key accounts at senior management level.
- Help the team establish connections to decision makers of prospective customers as needed.
- Facilitate coordination across Sales, Sales Support teams and encourage sharing of expertise across teams.
- Coordinate with Marketing function in setting up marketing plans and the Sales team- s implementation of said plans.
- Lead and manage the team with motivation, support for development of team capability, coaching.
