*Check all request each day by e-mail.
*Converse with customers/agents via emails to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required.
*Provides customers with brochures or publications containing travel information, such as local customs, excursions, shopping areas, optional activities, points of interest, tours as well as other special events occurring in locations of their interest
*Preparation of documents such as group quotation, vouchers, itineraries, credit card information, etc.
*Make booking reservation to the customer, contact suppliers for hotel bookings quickly and efficiently.
*Willingness to solve customer problems and follow up after-sales service.
