Assistant Manager, VIU (All Day Dining)

- Hospitality diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (s) used in the work place.
- English Level 3 minimum
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
- Have a strong working knowledge of Food and Beverage.
- A minimum 2 years experiences in the similar role

The Assistant Venue Manager will be responsible for daily operations and will assist the Venue Manager in controlling and developing staff. Ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained. Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.

The Assistant Venue Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel- s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Assume full responsibility for the outlet in the absence of the Venue Manager.
