Job Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Five years in industrial maintenance or related works at a supervisory level.
- Mechanical engineering/maintenance and Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
- Industrial waste management and Environmental management
- Knowledge of (preventive) maintenance systems
- Can command of English and Computer literate
- Leadership, systematic thinking, analytical, problem solving and decision making, service minded and senses of urgency, people skills
- Shift and 'on-call' work may be required

- Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing breakdown problems
- Reducing and or preventing breakdowns
- Arranging specialist procurement of machinery and or components/spare parts
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs according to budget
- Creating/implementing maintenance procedures and instructions to associates
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and requirements
