รายละเอียดงาน
To assistant to Director of Sales providing secretarial and administrative support. Co-ordinate and
arrange all activities relating to the Assigned Director of Sales. Liaise with Executive Committee,
Department Heads, and Associate of the Hotel.
In house sales agent will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner,
in accordance with the hotel- s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is
maintained.
1. To handle all correspondences mainly for the Assigned Director of Sales.
2. To coordinate and support the Assigned Account Manager all clerical duties and ensure that assigned job will be done in timely fashion.
3. To handle overseas and local correspondences regarding the proposal including general information and ensure all correspondences are produced within time frame.
4. To ensure that the standard letters, proposals are followed properly according to the format set and submit to clients within time frame.
5. To ensure of the annual corporate rates are faxed and mailed to clients within time frame.
6. To establish the center files for Corporate Rate, REP and Complimentary Voucher in order to be able to access whenever one needs. Besides from these files, it- s considered as Personal File.
7. To ensure all in-coming calls are screened in the absence of Director of Sales and Sales Manager and passed to the right associate in order to be professionally handled with efficiency.
8. To prepare all necessary reports and supportive information for Weekly Sales Meeting and clients.
9. To prepare Sales Kit and ensure that all collateral are well maintain for inventory.
10. To take action promptly relating to get the business in the absence of Director of Sales Account Manager.
11. To coordinate all customer appointment schedules for the Assigned Director of Sales &Sales Manager for overseas sales trip & Sales Blitz.
12. To ensure that sales trip report is submitted within 5 working days after receiving all information from the Assigned Director of Sales & Manager.
13. To ensure that expense report is submitted within 3 working days after receiving all information from the Assigned Account Manager.
14. To proceed complimentary voucher as requested.
15. To provide effective communication with all associates both internal and external department.
