- Bachelor- s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Business Administration, Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology or related field
- 10 years of experiences in function of HRM in manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of Thai labour law and best practice, and employee relations
- Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Good command in English

Responsibility
- Implementing and developing HR-processes, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Development planning and Supportive processes within the organization
- Drive Human Resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee activities, employee relations and etc.
- Responsible for company manpower planning by working with relevant business units.
- Responsible for execution and payroll processing for relevant business units.
- Maintenance and execution of the organization- s employment framework (policies, procedures, processes and contracts), orientation and employee handbook, creating an environment where people want to deliver excellence.
- Provide prompt advice and resolution to employees- issues/concerns and effectively counsel line supervisors on employee relations & disciplinary issues.
- Work closely with Management team for getting direction and interpret to HR strategy to support business
- To initiate activity to support and build up relationship between company and staff to be happy work place such as birthday activity, team building, sports day etc.
- Employee satisfaction survey, suggestion system
- Oversee and manage the administrative function for the Business Units including Administrative function of Soleil Services, uniform, etc. and to support the business operations
