1) To assist the Food & Beverage Manager in directing and controlling all activities relating to the Food and Beverage department
2) To ensure the hotel meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives
3) To response for planning, directing and evaluating the operation of multiple full service food and/or beverage outlets at a hotel to maximize profitability
4) To enhance employee productivity, and expand market share
