- 4+ years Front Office / Guest Services experience with minimum 2 years in supervisor.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all front office operations.
- Able to communicate well in English with the ability to speak, read and write clearly.

- Supervise and train Guest Experience team in the performance of their duties to a consistently high standard.
- Always make the guest the first priority.
- Coordinate with team concerned to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Create, define and maintain smooth daily operation throughout the hotel.
- Ensure Guest Experience team has a knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, other near-by attractions and special promotional offers as well as special events.
- Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marking program.
- Manage guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and completely.
- Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
