รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating Hotel activities in areas of creating the hotel culture through well planned activities, communication platform, hotel committee, reward and recognition and Planet 21 initiatives.
- Ensures the staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
- Assist in establishing HR Animation Budget.
- Hotel activities: be a key driver of all Human Resources activities such as Hotel monthly celebration, Birthday party and Ambassador party
- Communication Platform: ensure that hotel has proper set up and on-going communication platform which are Monthly Communication Meeting, Early Bird Breakfast, Luncheon with GM/ HM, Quarterly Newsletter.
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
- Other duties as assigned.
