JOB PURPOSE:
Assists Chief Security for the smooth run of hotel operation. Supervises the outside contract Security Guard Company to have the completed understanding of hotel- s policy.
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Coordinates the Security of the hotel as a whole, taking into consideration liaison with the outside security firms.
2. Patrols the hotel and ground areas to ensure the security and safety of persons and their properties within the hotel premises.
3. Oversees the parking lot and ensures all vehicles parked within hotel parking premises, as well as hotel properties are safe.
4. Manages the staff entrance, ensures staff scans their finger to record the data of in and out time, controls traffic flow and works with Human Resources department.
