2. Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting Dept.
3. Previous experiences within a hotel environment.
4. Good English communication skills.
5. Computer literacy, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, and Orisoft System is an asset.

1. Issuance of cheques to resigned staff and entertainers.
2. Collection and checking of overtime claims, allowances, deductions etc. against staff time cards.
3. Processing of monthly payroll (e.g. input data into PAYMASTER).
4. Preparation of journals for month-end closing, payroll clearance, staff time cards and various reports.
5. Monthly contributions of CPF.
6. Declaration of tax for non-Singaporean staff on their resignation.
7. Preparation of A.W.I. and bonus on P.C.
8. Manual calculation of overtime backpay.
9. Input data into customized casual workers programme.
10. Input of summary of casual labour wages into PAYMASTER programme.
11. Served as a Finance Coordinator.
