Job Qualifications
ข้อกำหนด
THAI Male / Female, age more than 25 years old
Bachelor Degree direct in Accounting, from a recognized University in Thailand or Oversea University.
To prepare the daily purchasing VAT report and sorting the tax receipt, to print out the report and send to Chief accountant to sign.
To prepare the monthly VAT summary, reconciliation and VAT report (P.P. 30) with supporting.
To prepare all tax reports by daily and tax invoice/ receipt/ documents filing by properly.
To prepare the monthly for all of tax report (Revenue dept format) and supporting.
Ensure all Tax related payments are done by on time and accurate.
Ensure all Fix assets are update and record
Prepare the JV and posting by monthly
VAT and All tax concern,
Fixed assets transaction such as disposal, adjustment,
Amenities charges to the guest
Other (assigned).
Ensure all inventory and accounts payable transactions are posted (Interface and checking) .
Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
Good knowledge in Accounting
Those with (one year) working experience from Firm or Hotels industry have an added advantage
Able to converse and write basic English
Possess good sense of urgency & responsibility.
