รายละเอียดงาน
Job Summary:
1.To supervise Cost Control, Receiving, Storeroom.
2.To approved purchase requisition of Food, Beverage and General Supplies.
3.To check and approve Daily Receive of Food and Beverage Purchase.
4.Prepare food/beverage recipe and menu costing.
5.Attend & report Yield Test, Portion Control Check, Buffet Test and other spot check according to policy and SLIM audit.
6.Participate in Operating Equipment Inventory Physical Count.
7.Reconciliation of Food Cost.
8.Allocation of Food Cost by Outlets.
9.Prepare monthly Cost Control report.
10.To make sure that the policy as contained in the - Food Safety Management System- (FSMS) is strictly adhered.
11.As member of SFSMS Committee to provide information, policy & procedure to staff concern.
12.To create selling key POS in Infrasys system.
13.To run CheckEAM month end closing
14.Carries out other special project/tasks assigned by supervisors.
