- At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of Bachelor Degree in culinary field
- Past Teaching experience in a Culinary School will be an advantage at least 4-5 years
- Good in inter-personality and creative skill
- English Communication skill and Micros system
- Hospitable and service-minded
- Positive team leader with a flexible schedule
- Able to travel upcountry and abroad
- Good personality and a team player

Key Responsibility
- Good Knowledge of the foundation of Thai food
- Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Preparing and presenting lectures and developing course outlines and curricula
- Evaluating Chef Instructor for each of Branch progress and facilitating KPI achievement
- Providing ongoing support, guidance, and advice to staff
- Participating in curriculum and program reviews and liaising with relevant industry sectors
- Responsibilities also include evaluation, maintenance and supervision of the classroom/kitchen, administering written and practical tests, and creating a positive learning environment
