- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
- Proficiency in PMS (Opera)
- Excellent written and spoken Thai & English is a must
- Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular software
- Good interpersonal & communicative skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Maintain an organized system to ensure that processes are getting completed on time
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

- Reservations Manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout Reservations department.
- Oversees and supervises the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time.
