- Develop existing event sales and solicit new event sales
- Liaise with all tour groups to promote event sales
- Prospecting sales through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques.
- Booking, selling, planning and coordinating all catered events
- Generating revenue and establishing new accounts
- Monitoring booking calendar
- Booking repeat business while ensuring good customer service
- Conducting catering sales presentations and catering sales calls
- Any other ad-hoc duties
