- Bachelor- s degree in one of the multimedia occupation specialties (i.e., graphic design, cartography, videography, multimedia art/design), or a closely related field.
Experience Requirement:
- 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in multimedia development and design
- A portfolio containing at least five representative samples of recent products is required.

Report to : Web Developer & Graphic Designer
Purpose :
Lub d requires a dynamic team member who has the experience in creating video & photographic content for the company advertising and marketing materials.
This content created is to promote the various hostel products, the brand, and support the activities done in the hostels.
This content will be used on websites, through HTML5 banners, email campaigns, social media, and offline media.
The multi media specialist will design & complete post production of created content, using software to arrange the files in a single program, to enable interactivity and navigation through the product content. SCOPE Multimedia projects generally involve bringing together a number of elements into one application to run on a delivery platform that can support a combination of text, sounds, video and images.
The mix of media may vary, but each project has in common a computer component integrating all the parts.
Tasks generally include:
- Meeting with operation and corporate team to establish expectations and needs
- Advising on what is technically possible and producing a proposal including, for example, the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales and costs
- Creating design ideas using computer-based design packages
- Producing finished design work and presenting final designs
- Creating regular creative content, and scheduling regular photography for all products
DIMENSION

- New Video production at minimum 4 times a month
- New Photo shooting every week at the various hostels for products & events Essential Duties/Major
Accountabilities:
- Meeting and liaising with team to discuss briefs, requirements and project progress
- Making technical recommendations
- Producing, demonstrating and receiving feedback about ideas
- Creating multimedia content for the company
- Developing and using skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as Photoshop, Premier, Post Production & After Effects
- Keeping up-to-date with technological and software developments testing products for errors and making amendments.
- Strong command of photographic skills that will support photos produced in all our hostels that can be used on our website and other channels.
- Production of photos around the social aspect of the hostels including activities and people that can be used on our website and other channels.
- Create video content for the hostels that is creative and dynamic and can be used on our website and other channels.
- Be able to create a schedule that supports the overall objective of driving multi-media content for the company.
- Be able to integrate post production effects to content as well as audio such as music.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Works collaboratively with the team to coordinate and develop plans for sophisticated multimedia project production
- Initiates content and leads production coordination activities with the project team.
- Develops original content.
- Designs sophisticated interactive multimedia products.
- Designs and authors complex interface and navigation.
- Able to use a professional camera and equipment to support photo & video content.
- Tests integrated content on various platforms and networks to ensure viewing, interactivity, and audio/video quality.
