(Monitor performance of all Hotel employees with the aim to keep them in line Hotel policies).
(Monitor performance in all areas of the Hotel representing the Owner by coordinating with all department heads to ensure service standards, objectives, and budget are on target).
(Check and monitor all financial reports, revenue and expenditures of all departments ensuring policies are respected and amended where necessary).
(Coordinate, compile and present Hotel business plans and marketing plans).
(Monitor performance in all areas of the Hotel representing the Owner by coordinating with all department heads to ensure service standards, objectives, and budget are on target).
