The Lub d Hostel Group is looking for a creative and skilled Group Director of Sales based in our Head office in Bangkok, Thailand. Be a part of one of Asia- s leading and growing Experience Accommodation brands with currently 6 properties open by the end of 2018 and more to come in 2019.

GROUP DIRECTOR OF SALES - HEAD OFFICE, BANGKOK, THAILAND
- You get sales, you know how to drive new and existing business through the various segments channels for each of our six properties in three countries.
- You are able to manage a sales team in different countries, a revenue management and e-commerce team, and effectively drive the team to create effective & clear strategy, clear KPI- s and a drive for results.
- You must have a strong understanding of the importance of the drive for direct bookings, as well as OTA relationships.
- A results driven person, who enjoys traveling, respects the various cultures we work with within the team, and our clients.
- Ability to create reports to analyze the markets, develop both short and long terms strategies, and can develop budgets.
- Able to quickly and effectively understand the various properties we have, and the markets they are in, in order to make strategic decisions, and get the wins.
- A great salesperson, who can grab the attention of the room, can execute contracts, can grow the business, and can develop the team to do the same.
- Hands on management style a must. We expect our leaders to be at the coalface leading from the front. This means on the road, a leader in meetings, and creative with strategy.
