- Experience working in a similar role, minimum 2 - 3 years
- Highly developed Thai written language skills
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- The ability to enthuse others with energy, initiative, creativity and imagination
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating effective communications strategies
- Solid administrative capabilities including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor degree

- Prepares in close conjunction with department heads the Rooms section of the business plan and monitors budget versus actual results during the financial year.
- Monitors forecasts and personally takes control of the booking situation during - Closed- and - On Request- periods.
- Reviews all allotments regularly.
- Approves rebates above an amount as specified by the hotel- s policies & procedures.
- Plans and implements replacement of FF&E and OE in accordance with needs and available budget.
- Ensures that all rooms are presentable and in accordance with brand standards. Conducts random room checks and personally inspects all VIP 3 level rooms and above prior to arrival.
- Works together with the Sales & Marketing department in maximizing the hotel- s room yield.
- Implements a room / floors closing program for preventive maintenance.
- Ensures all Rooms departments operate in accordance with established standards.
- Ensures the hotel has an up-to-date emergency plan and coordinates all training, test and evaluation activities with the Manager of Engineering, Front Office Manager and Security.
- Follows up on all customers- feedback i.e. service recovery actions, improvement action plans.
