Job Details
รายละเอียดงาน
1.Set up bar-unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes set-up.
2. Accept drink orders from food and beverage waiter/waitresses in proper calling order via Micros to keep service bar at optimum level of service for our guests.
3. Red-line all drink orders, checking for correct number of drinks and correct pre-ring through Micros dupes; no drinks to be made without pro-rung guest check.
4. Total compliance with conditions as outlined in beverage service personnel work agreement.
5. All cocktails are to be made in accordance with company standard beverage manual and company bar guide, using the standard jigger at all times.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
7.At least vocational certificate preferring Bachelor degree in any field
8.At least 1 year experience in beverage services
9.Good knowledge of beverage and wine
10.Good in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
11. English communication skill and understanding of Micros system.
