Wedding Sales Manager

Thai local with at least two to five years experience in a large hotel environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate site visits and events.
A self-driven personality with exceptional time management skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task -Knowledge of room blocks, attrition, contract verbiage, and budget controls.
Excellent inter-personal and sales related experience.

Focusing on the Wedding markets to meet an annual sales goal revenue.
Overseeing client functions to ensure extreme client satisfaction.
Functions will include approximately 25-35 weddings per year in addition to other social events.
Staying current on market trends in order to guide clients during pre-planning process and be actively engaged in competitive marketing analysis of surrounding hotels.
Working with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers.
