Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Demonstrates the service promises in all interactions
- Possess knowledge about all aspect of stream treatments and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are responded to with complete details
- Oversees the direct operations of the facility, including short and long range strategic planning, so that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently
- Meets with group meeting planners to show spa facility and programs, promote and sell customize spa programs to conference group as required
- Provides and takes responsibility for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone and in person to all potential spa guests
- Assists in the implementation of 12-month marketing plan and public relations program
- Works efficiently with hotel- s marketing and communications in all aspects of spa/ hotel promotion as required
- Maintains thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques
- Assists in the administration & implementation of colleague training in all aspects of the Spa- s operations
- Establishes professional business relationship with all vendors and develops all products inventories
- Ensures adherence to all hotel and spa service and brand standards
- Assists in the development of annual budgets within the facility
- Controls the cost of goods purchased, services supplied and labor necessary to the sales and production of our products and service
- Responsible for supervising all aspects of colleagues including hiring, recognition, performance appraisal, progressive corrective action, etc.
- Ensures the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness)
- Ensures guest and member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spa- s first priority
- Follows and ensures that colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices, leads by example
- Assists in the development of and adherence to all departmental emergency procedures
