Job Qualifications

- Thai nationality, age 30 years old up
- Bachelor degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in sales & marketing preferences hotel or serviced apartment
- Strong knowledge in sales & marketing
- Good personality, with service, self-motivated, well organized
- Possesse a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and computer literate
- Bachelor degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in sales & marketing preferences hotel or serviced apartment

- Sell directly to the local market and contact all potential business
- Procure new and business report for the hotel
- Make daily sales calls at least 20 calls a week within the area responsibilities
- Complete the company profile, according to the instruction of Director of Sales & Marketing and ensure that all accounts are updated
- Submit weekly plan, weekly activities and weekly performance report
- Establish and maintain on major hotel accounts
- Update the competitive analysis for arranging room packages and special promotions
- Conduct the hotel inspection for potential clients
