1.Excellent command of spoken and written English.
2.High level of Microsoft Office Skills.

.-Administrative organization of the General Manager-including, yet not limited to, meeting minutes, action plans, diary and travel arrangements.
.-Drafting of basic correspondence for General Manager such as memorandums and inter hotel communications.
.-Organize and prioritize meetings, phone calls and tasks with and of the General Manager
Preparation of Expenses Reports
.Effectively communicate while employing diplomacy with high level Executives within the organization.
.Act as liaison between various departments and General Manager.
Ensure all daily operational functions of General Manager are completed smoothly
