- To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by coordinating the day-to-day marketing & communications activities for the various hostel & Lubd brand office. The overall objective is to position the hostels & the brand to achieve the marketing objectives and business strategy of the hostels and the overall Lub d brand.
- Assist Marketing Communications Manager in all marketing and public relations focused projects, which includes and not limited to developing plans, objectives, assigning time lines, meeting and communicating with guests, and hosting off-site marketing activities.
- Coordinate entire internal marketing as well as promotional efforts inclusive of merchandising, public relations, community relations, information, in-store signage, collateral and events.
- To initiate strong art direction & creative ideas to make various campaigns have high impact that is unique for both Above the Line and Below the Line.
- Marketing planning, media planning and budget planning for each assigned project. Implement all of the marketing strategies and ensure tasks are completed successfully.
- Elaborate/ translate / Edit of all Press Release, Advertising and other materials and delivery to all target media.
- Maintain relationships with media or press to ensure collaboration of PR and marketing activities.
- Have a strong working relationship with the content, digital and sales team in order to create synergies and opportunities to drive new business to the hostels.
- Work on projects with the Marcom manager as well as providing support, guidance and learning to the Marketing Executive on the team. At times assigning duties to the Marketing Executive and providing feedback on their work.
- Will have to support KPI- s set for the role and follow up with Marcom manager on a regular basis regarding results.
