รายละเอียดงาน
1 Responsible for the receiving and approve or reject all food or supplies from purveyors as ordered by the Purchasing Department and check them against the invoices/delivery orders for accuracy in weight, quality and quantity.
2 Compile a Daily Receiving Report to the Accounts Payable Section.
3 Arrange all supplies or food to their respective storage areas.
4 Responsible for reporting faults of the weighing scales to the Cost Controller.
5 Maintain the cleanliness of the Receiving Area.
6 Perform other duties as directed.
7 Responsible for the proper receiving, storage and issuing of all supplies, food and beverage in accordance with the storeroom procedure.
8 Responsible for keeping proper records of receiving and issuing in the Storeroom Bin Cards.
9 Responsible for the rotation of all supplies and food especially perishables.
10 Maintain Food Purchase Record, Food Issues Record and Beverage Inventory Control Record.
11 Co-operate closely with the Accounts Assistant (Cost Control), Cost Controller and the Executive Chef in reporting the level of all storeroom items in maintaining a suitable - par- .
12 Responsible for the general cleanliness of all storeroom areas and coldrooms.
13 Conduct month end storeroom inventory stocktake.
14 Perform other duties as directed.
