Job Qualifications

1 Knowledge & Skill
To have good communication skill in serving and entertaining guest, to also have the ability to work with other colleagues and department as a team. Basic computer skills are also necessary.
2 Education,Training & Qualifications
A Bachelor degree, especially Hotel Management is desirable, but not absolutely necessary.
3 Personality
Excellent communications, interpersonal and team work skills. Resourceful and have a sharp eye for details, big on initiatives, warm, friendly and maintain a jovial disposition even under stress.
4 Physical Requirements
Fit and healthy

Ability to communicate in English and Thai

รายละเอียดงาน
1 To establish and maintain attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient hospitality at the Front Desk and other areas in the Hotel.
2 To respond to all guest- s request, problem, complaints and/or accidents presented at the Front Desk, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
3 To carry out all pre-check-in and post check-in activities are carried out for VIPs, Executive floor and preferred corporate guests.
4 Escort VIPs directly to the guest rooms.
5 To maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees and other departments.
6 To assist GSA with check in and checkout, confirm that all associate are being followed properly.
7 To work closely with Housekeeping Department regarding daily room status and to ensure the condition of the guest room are met with guest- s expectation.
8 To work closely with Duty Manager regarding the overall situation on the premises.
9 To work closely with F&B Department to put up the personalized service on for the necessary arrangement such as Birthday cakes and fruits baskets
10 To work closely with Sales Department on all guests- comments, feedback and experiences from Corporate / Travel Agent account.
11 To be fully aware on all hotel- s information and promotions.
