รายละเอียดงาน
1 Ensures that all Housekeeping staff performs duties in accordance with hotel policy.

2 Supervises the daily activities of all Housekeeping staff to compliance with housekeeping procedures and service standards

3 Prepares management reports, budgets and monthly statistical reports as required

4 Supervises the records, storage and return of lost and found property.

5 Ensures all occupied rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests on a daily basis and other areas are properly cleaned. Inspect these areas daily and submit work orders to the Engineering Department.

6 Implements daily inspection program to ensure guest rooms, back of the house
And public areas are clean and supplied with necessary items and services.

7 Implements a program of maintenance for all guest rooms which include painting, fumigation, carpet and curtain cleaning and repair to all furniture and fixtures.

8 Ensure that proper key controls are in effect.

9 Ensure that purchasing records are kept up-to-date and only approved items are purchased. Purchase order logs should be maintained.

10 Ensure that accurate inventories are taken: guest/cleaning supplies and uniforms monthly, linen every 2 months.

11 Involve the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Supervisors and Room Attendants in as many administrative functions as possible to further develop them.

12 Ensure that the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Supervisors continually inspect their assigned areas and turn in their room inspections.

13 Ensure that productive and effective monthly department meetings are held and meeting minutes are published and directed.

14 Always be professional and ethical in dealing with guest, staff, vendors and other departments.

15 Develop and implement programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and improve the service to our guests.

16 Manages the uniform room ensuring all staff uniforms are cleaned, in good condition, pressed and issued according to hotel policy.

17 Maintains required levels of linen materials, equipment and general supplies for the efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department.

18 Provides Housekeeping Staff with current information regarding hotel special events, functions, promotions and ensures housekeeping staff can provide this information to guests.

19 Conducts regular meetings with both staff and management to assist in the efficient and smooth operation of the department.

20 Identifies Housekeeping training needs, compiles and approves training materials and programs in co-ordination with the Director of Human Resources.

21 Trains and motivates staff in co-ordination with the training department to achieve the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.

22 Conducts performance appraisals of all senior staff and prepares guidelines and time frames for improvement.

23 Ensure that all housekeeping staff are hygienically clean and always in clean, complete uniforms.

24 Audit and approve schedules, wage projections and payroll.

25 Ensure that all reports are prepared completely and on time.

26 Involve the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Supervisors and Room Attendants in as many administrative functions as possible to further develop them.

27 Review preventive maintenance rooms daily.

28 Provide up-to-date job descriptions for all supervisors and associates.

29 Ensure that a process exists for an immediate response to all guest problems and guest correspondences.

30 Report any health or safety hazards to the Executive Assistant Manager and the General Manager.

31 Performs other duties as assigned by to the Executive Assistant Manager and the General Manager.
