รายละเอียดงาน
1 Ensure that all Housekeeping staff performs duties in accordance with Hotel policy.
2 Assists the Executive Housekeeper in formulating and establishing plans for all aspects of Housekeeping management and operation.
3 To establish a high degree of cleanliness and efficiency in the Housekeeping Department to include all assigned areas of the Resort.
4 In the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, the Assistant Executive Housekeeper will operate the Housekeeping Department and all other areas of responsibility.
5 Assists the supervision of housekeeping staff to ensure that all daily activities meet compliance with housekeeping procedures and service standards.
6 Be specifically responsible for the standards of all guest rooms, corridors, back-of-house storage and linen rooms.
7 Ensure front-of-house public area standards are excellent at all times.
8 Ensure all supervisors continually inspect assigned areas and have turned in inspections.
9 Supervises the uniform room ensuring all staff uniforms are clean, in good condition, pressed and issued according to Resort policy.
10 Conducts regular inventories of linen, supplies and uniforms ensuring required stocks are maintained.
11 Recommends promotions, transfers and dismissal of all housekeeping staff to Human Resources Manager.
12 Conducts regular meetings with housekeeping staff to assist in the efficient and smooth operation of the department.
13 Assists with performance appraisals of all housekeeping staff and prepares guidelines and time frames for improvement.
14 Instructs housekeeping staff on emergency procedures relating to fire, theft, and accident, medical emergency and other threats to the Resort and guest security.
15 Ensure all reports are prepared completely and on time.
16 Ensure effective and complete training is in place and all staff are well trained.
17 Ensure proper key controls are in effect.
18 Ensure all reports are prepared completely and on time.
19 Audit and approve schedules, wage projections, wage recaps and payroll.
20 Involve supervisors and Rooms Attendants in as many administrative functions as possible to further develop themselves.
21 Review out-of-order rooms daily.
22 Give immediate response to all guest problems and correspondence.
23 Ensure lost and found articles are stored properly and logs are maintained.
24 Any and all assignments by the Executive Housekeeper must be followed through.
25 Reports any health or safety hazards to the Executive Housekeeper.
26 Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
