1. Keep the respective kitchen utensils and equipment clean at all times under the direct supervision of respective section head or supervisor

2. Check and setup pot washing area

3. Distribute all clean equipment to assigned area or shelve

4. Wash pots and pans and place them upside down

5. Collect and deliver garbage from all food and beverage sections

6. Clean tank, mob and equipment used, hourly

7. Cleaning kitchen floor area, walk-in refrigerators in connection with the respective section head in charge or supervisor

8. Keep dish washing area clean and tidy

9. Dish washing machine in clean functional state, reporting apparent defect to supervisor immediately

10. Reduces, control and keep all breakage documented and submits after shift to supervisor

11. Carry out any alternative duties as may assigned by Sous-Chef or Executive Chef

12. Assist by setting up buffets at any location and the clearance
