- Post Graduate/Degree with minimum 5 years of Hotel Management or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of English required
- Highly organized with strong analytic skills required
- Excellent attitude and possess strong work ethics required
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines required
- Resourceful team player that builds, strengthens and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to identify what needs to be completed and takes action to achieve
- Systematically prioritizes, organizes and manages resources in order to accomplish organization goals within a specific time period
- Strong F&B experience would be highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high visibility during service hours and occupancy to ensure smooth running of operations and to promote good public relations
- Interview, select, supervise, counsel and discipline employees for the efficient operation of the restaurants
- Organize and conduct meetings and communicating important information to all employees
- Maximize productivity, guest satisfaction and profitability; to support hotel activities and organizing special events in the restaurants
- Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guests needs are met
- Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
- Manage and control stock ensuring par levels are maintained
- Anticipate and maintain all material and supplies ensuring availability
- Control usage of Food and Beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment whilst ensuring equipment is used in a correct and safe manner
- Forecast covers and revenues whilst controlling payroll and other costs to minimize loss and misuse in order to achieve and exceed restaurant budgeted profitability
- Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of Operations
- Develop, implement and continually improve and review procedures, practices and standards
- Adhere to established operating expenses and ensure all costs are controlled
- Ensure monthly forecasted food and beverage costs are achieved
- Accomplish administrative duties, and other duties related to the role
