Executive Chef

1. Thai nationality, age over 35 years old
2. At least 3 years- experience in the position
3. Strong kitchen managements as well as people management skills
4. Innovative and result oriented
5. The ability to manage large scale catering events
6. Familiar with Asian and European food service with excellent guest service skills
7. Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change and proactive in problem solving
8. Proficiency in English communication skills
9. International hotel experience is an advantage
10. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
11. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
12. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
13. College diploma in Hotel Management or related field

1. Lead and manage of overall operation of Kitchen and team
2. Working to financial budgets e.g. food costs , kitchen account , P&L reports and corporate structure
3. Working with management to develop and maintain updates recipe cards , menu engineering and the marketing plan
4. Achieve Kitchen business goals
5. Managing team member performance
6. Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations
7. The training, guidance and development of all Kitchen team member
8. Hygiene, safety and presentation in front and back of house
9. All outlets ready before first guest arrives
